Other civil disputes governed by Florida law. Contact the office to discuss your matter and whether it is one the firm can take on.
Cristopher R. Diaz is a Miami-based attorney who represents businesses and individuals in civil disputes throughout Florida. His work centers on business and commercial litigation, fraud and civil theft matters, debt collection on both sides, and personal injury, pursuing what clients are owed, defending those who face claims, and seeking recovery for people hurt by another’s negligence.
He earned his J.D. from St. Thomas University College of Law and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2023.
Fluent in English and Spanish, he represents clients in either language. As a solo practitioner, he handles his clients’ matters personally: the attorney you speak with at the first call is the one who sees your case through.
Your matter is not handed to a rotating cast of associates or paralegals. You deal with the lawyer responsible for your case at every step.
Before anything else, an honest read on where you stand, what a matter is likely to take, and whether pursuing it makes sense for you.
Full representation in either language, so nothing about your case is lost in translation, from the first conversation to the courtroom.
Civil litigation is the practice. That focus means the work is familiar ground, not an occasional sideline.
Tell me briefly about your matter and the best way to reach you. I’ll follow up to discuss whether the firm can help and what the next step would be.
